- 5–7 years of experience leading teams in a technical or quality-focused environment
- Strong knowledge of quality standards and methodologies (e.g. ISO9001, Lean, 5S, 8D, FMEA)
- Skilled in coaching and developing Quality Engineers and Quality Control Inspectors
- Experience with performance management, workforce planning, and recruitment
- Strong communication skills in both Dutch and English
- Able to work in a structured way and drive continuous improvement
- Comfortable working in cleanroom environments and following safety guidelines

Job description
As a Team Leader Quality, you ensure that our quality standards, processes, and compliance requirements are consistently met across the organization. You lead both Quality Engineers and Quality Control Inspectors, supporting them in executing inspections, reporting deviations, driving improvements, and securing product and process quality.
Your responsibilities include:
- Leading, coaching, and developing Quality Engineers and Quality Control Inspectors
- Ensuring compliance with quality standards, KPIs, work instructions, and safety requirements
- Promoting a culture of quality, ownership, safety, and continuous improvement
- Overseeing deviation management, reporting, and escalation where necessary
- Driving process improvements, standardization, and operational excellence initiatives
- Planning and managing team capacity, performance reviews, and recruitment activities
- Collaborating with Production, Engineering, Purchasing, and suppliers on quality issues
Your team
You report directly to the Quality Manager and lead a team of Quality Controllers. You work closely with Production, Engineering, Planning, Logistics, Purchasing, and external suppliers. Together, you ensure that product quality, process stability, and customer satisfaction remain at the highest possible level within our high-tech environment.
