Job Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience leading teams in a manufacturing environment, preferably within a cleanroom setting;
- Experience managing operational processes and teams in a service-oriented environment;
- Knowledge of and experience with workforce planning and scheduling;
- Familiarity with Lean, 5S, and continuous improvement methodologies is an advantage;
- Fluent in Dutch and English, both spoken and written;
- Available full-time (40 hours per week) and willing to work in a 2-shift schedule;
- Residing in the Netherlands and available to work on-site.

Job description
Are you an energetic leader with a passion for cleaning and service excellence? Do you enjoy making a difference by guiding a team in a dynamic and growing environment? If so, this Shift Leader Cleaning role in our Service Center could be the perfect opportunity for you.
As a Shift Leader, you will lead a team of 15–25 cleaning professionals. You will ensure that work is carried out safely, efficiently, and in accordance with our high quality standards. Reporting directly to the Team Leader, you will act as their right-hand person and deputy when required.
You will play a key role in building a strong and engaged team culture with a focus on hygiene, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement.
As the first point of contact for your team, you will take ownership of daily operations during your shift. This role operates in a two-shift schedule, alternating weekly between early and late shifts.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and implement Lean and 5S principles within the cleaning operation;
- Coach team members on safety, efficiency, and quality standards;
- Maintain structure and discipline in daily operations;
- Lead daily shift handovers and team meetings;
- Plan and manage workforce schedules in collaboration with the Team Leader;
- Support team development through training, coaching, and performance evaluations;
- Prepare reports and coordinate with other departments;
- Ensure a safe, hygienic, and organized working environment;
- Actively contribute to process improvements and optimization of cleaning services.
