Job Requirements
- 1–2 years of leadership experience in a cleaning or operational environment
- Strong communication skills in English (Dutch not required)
- Experience with cleanroom procedures or willingness to learn
- Knowledge of Lean and 5S principles is a plus
- BHV certificate is an advantage
- Willingness to work in a two-shift system
- Able to work safely and follow all cleanroom and company regulations

Job description
As a Shift Leader Cleanroom Cleaning, you play a crucial role in the daily operational flow within our Service Center. You are responsible for leading, coaching, and supporting a team of 20–30 cleanroom cleaners working in Grade 4 and Grade 5 environments. You ensure that all cleaning activities meet the highest levels of quality, safety, and compliance.
- Your responsibilities include:
- Leading, coaching, and developing your team to ensure structured work, clear instructions, and continuous improvement.
- Monitoring and steering cleanliness performance, quality levels, documentation, and safety compliance.
- Promoting a positive team culture and ensuring adherence to cleanroom rules, company guidelines, and 5S standards.
- Coordinating daily operations through shift handovers, planning, team briefings, and close cooperation with other Shift Leaders and internal departments.
- Managing personnel and operational processes, including staffing, onboarding new employees, evaluations, administration, improvement projects, and resolving process issues.
Your team
You will lead a large and multicultural team of cleanroom cleaning employees. You work closely with fellow Shift Leaders and report directly to the Team Leader. By creating a safe, structured, and motivating environment, you enable your team to deliver consistent high-quality results. Together, you contribute to a clean, compliant, and continuously improving cleanroom operation within the Service Center.
