Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (HBO+) in Quality Management, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with quality systems, standards, and methods (e.g. ISO9001, FMEA, 8D, LEAN)
- Skilled in working with ERP systems and Microsoft Office; Power BI is a plus
- Excellent communication skills in both Dutch and English
- Ability to lead improvement initiatives and guide Quality Inspectors
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize in a dynamic environment

Job description
As a Quality Engineer, you play a central role in safeguarding and improving product quality within our production environment. You develop, monitor, and optimize quality processes and support both internal teams and external partners in delivering high-quality products. You also coach and guide Quality Inspectors and act as the link between Production, Quality, Engineering, and suppliers.
Your responsibilities include:
- Developing, improving, and implementing quality processes and procedures
- Performing root cause analysis (RCA) and managing corrective & preventive actions (CAPA)
- Coordinating quality inspections and supporting Quality Inspectors
- Conducting data analyses to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities
- Managing deviation reports and communicating with internal stakeholders and suppliers
- Supporting audits and compliance with quality standards (e.g. ISO)
- Preparing and presenting quality performance reports and KPIs
Your team
You will be part of the Quality Department and report directly to the Quality Manager. You lead and support the Quality Inspectors and collaborate closely with Production, Engineering, Planning, Purchasing, Logistics, and our external suppliers. Together, you ensure a continuous focus on quality, process stability, and customer satisfaction across the entire value chain.
