Job description
As a Quality Controller, you ensure that reusable packaging, components, and materials meet the strict quality standards required within the high-tech industry. You play a key role in safeguarding product quality by inspecting, assessing, and releasing packaging throughout the refurbishment process. Your work helps ensure that only fully compliant packaging solutions are returned to our customers.
This role is performed in a 2-shift schedule, for which you will receive an 18% shift allowance on top of your base salary.
Your responsibilities include:
- Performing visual, dimensional, and functional inspections on reusable packaging and components based on internal standards, technical drawings, and customer specifications
- Assessing packaging for refurbishment, repair, or rejection according to established quality requirements
- Verifying that refurbished packaging complies with high-tech industry and customer standards before release
- Analyzing, assessing, and registering deviations in ISAH
- Communicating findings with Operations, Quality, Logistics, and internal customers
- Supporting root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives related to quality deviations
- Conducting final quality checks before packaging is approved for shipment
- Carrying out accurate administrative processing of all related quality activities
Your team
You will be part of a dedicated quality team within our Service Center and report directly to the Team Leader. You will work closely with Operations, Logistics, Planning, Quality, and internal customers across different business units.
You will work within our Service Center, a dynamic and specialized environment focused on the refurbishment and quality assurance of reusable packaging solutions. A significant part of the work is performed within a cleanroom environment, where packaging is inspected, repaired, cleaned, and prepared for reuse according to stringent customer and industry standards.
Together, you ensure that every packaging solution leaving our Service Center meets the high quality standards our customers expect and contributes to a more sustainable, circular supply chain.
