In this role, you assemble foam parts and packaging components based on technical drawings and work instructions. You make sure products are built correctly, finished neatly, and ready for shipment.
You work closely with team members, shift leaders, and quality colleagues. Besides your own work, you help less experienced operators and share your knowledge when needed. If you see a problem or quality issue, you take action and help find a solution.
Success in this role means delivering quality products on time, supporting your team, and contributing to a safe and efficient workplace.
Your Responsibilities
- Assemble foam parts and packaging products according to drawings and instructions.
- Read and understand technical drawings.
- Perform measurements and quality checks on your work.
- Report production or quality issues to the Team Leader.
- Help improve safety, quality, and efficiency on the shop floor.
- Keep your workplace clean and organized.
We would love to tell you more about the role, the team, and the projects you will work on. Apply today or contact us for an informal conversation.
Your team
