Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a production or service environment, preferably in a high-tech or semiconductor setting
  • Experience leading teams in a complex, technical environment
  • Strong situational leadership skills: able to adapt leadership style to team, situation, and maturity level
  • Experience in (or strong affinity with) precision cleaning / semiconductor industry is a plus
  • Experience with Operational Excellence and KPI-driven performance management
  • Experience with ERP systems and MS Office
  • Strong command of Dutch and English

Job description

As Operations Manager Precision Cleaning, you are responsible for managing precision cleaning operations across two locations. You ensure a stable operation, strong customer relationships, and continuous improvement of processes and performance.

You operate in a technically complex environment where knowledge is key: you either bring relevant experience or are able to quickly master the domain. You maintain weekly contact with key customers such as ASML and ensure a strong, professional partnership.

Your tasks include:

  • Managing and optimizing daily operations across two locations
  • Building and maintaining strong customer relationships (including ASML)
  • Monitoring and improving KPIs (Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, Customer Satisfaction)
  • Driving continuous improvement and preventing processes from becoming stagnant
  • Leading escalations and engaging in content-driven internal and customer discussions
  • Coaching and developing teams and team leads
  • Creating collaboration and ownership within the organization
  • Ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards
