Job description
As Operations Manager Service Center, you are responsible for the daily operations of non-cleanroom activities (industrial cleaning, technical repair, R4R, expedition, and support functions). You ensure stable daily performance while driving continuous improvement and operational excellence.
Your tasks include:
- Managing and optimizing daily operations
- Monitoring and improving KPIs (Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, Customer Satisfaction)
- Leading escalations and maintaining customer contact
- Driving continuous improvement and process optimization
- Managing resources, budgets, and planning
- Coaching and developing your team
- Ensuring compliance with safety and regulations
Your team
You lead a multidisciplinary team across operations and supporting functions within the Service Center, operating in a dynamic, high-variation environment. With direct responsibility for up to 3 team leads and indirect responsibility for approximately 25–40 FTE, you ensure that daily operations within Non-Cleanroom production, material expedition, R4R, and supporting activities run smoothly.
Together with your team, you focus on achieving KPIs, optimizing processes, and strengthening collaboration, while continuously driving Operational Excellence and building a culture of ownership and improvement.
