Job description
As an IT Support Officer, you will make sure our digital systems work perfectly so our teams can do their jobs without problems. You will help build a strong team culture by working together and finding new ways to improve our IT systems.
What you will do:
- Work with external IT support to keep our systems and networks running smoothly.
- Be the first person users contact for IT issues—fix them quickly or escalate if needed.
- Set up, connect, and manage hardware for our team, making sure everything works well with the network.
- Help use software effectively and explore new tools and technologies to improve our systems.
- Understand user needs and turn their feedback into practical IT solutions.
- Handle urgent problems to keep operations running without interruptions.
- Find ways to improve our processes and suggest better solutions.
