In this role, you'll be the main contact for our customers, ensuring they are satisfied and supported throughout their journey with us.
As an Inside Sales Representative, you will play a key role in our Sales department, working closely with the Team Leader Sales. You’ll focus on building strong relationships with customers by responding to their questions, processing orders correctly, and keeping customer accounts updated. You'll also be the friendly voice customers hear when they call, helping them with quick and effective solutions.

Your responsibilities will include:

Accurately processing incoming orders.

Being the main point of contact for phone calls and customer inquiries.

Addressing customer concerns in a professional and timely way.

Managing customer accounts and ensuring contact details are up to date.

Handling incoming purchase orders and managing internal mailboxes.

Collecting data for key performance indicators (KPIs) to support sales efforts.

As an Inside Sales Representative, you'll be an integral part of our Sales team, working closely with the Team Leader Sales and other team members.
