Are you excited to start your career in a commercial role and support customers in a high-tech environment? At HQ Precision Cleaning, we’re looking for an Inside Sales Representative who enjoys helping customers, coordinating orders, and contributing to a smooth sales process.
In this role, you will be one of the key contacts for our customers. You help ensure they feel supported from the moment they contact us until their order is complete. You’ll answer questions, process orders, prepare quotations, and keep track of customer information. You also play an important part in keeping our internal processes running smoothly.
This role is perfect for starters with a commercial background who want to grow in customer relations, inside sales, or account management — all within a technical, innovative, and international environment.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Processing incoming orders accurately.
- Acting as the primary contact for customer calls and questions.
- Handling customer requests and concerns professionally.
- Keeping customer data and contact information up to date.
- Managing incoming purchase orders and shared mailboxes.
- Gathering data for KPIs to support the sales team.
- Preparing quotations for customers.

As an Inside Sales Representative, you’ll be part of our dedicated Sales team and work closely with the Team Leader Sales. You’ll have ownership over your tasks, while still collaborating with a supportive team that values your input and growth.
HQ Precision Cleaning has over 10 years of expertise in high-quality cleaning of high-tech parts. We work according to strict requirements, including ASML’s GSAs, and serve customers in industries such as semiconductors, electronics, aerospace, and mechanical engineering.
