Job description

Starting your HR career often means looking for a place where you can do more than just administration. A place where you're trusted with real responsibilities, can learn from experienced colleagues, and gradually find your own style as an HR professional. That's exactly what this role offers.

As an HR Advisor, you'll support a diverse employee population within an international high-tech manufacturing environment. You'll be involved in the full employee lifecycle and work closely with managers and employees across different departments. From helping a new colleague get off to a smooth start to supporting a manager with a people-related challenge, your work has a direct impact on the employee experience.

This is a role where you'll be encouraged to grow. You don't need to have all the answers from day one. What matters is that you're eager to learn, comfortable taking initiative, and interested in understanding how HR contributes to a successful business.

You'll work on a mix of operational and developmental HR topics. Some days you'll be processing HR changes and answering employee questions. Other days you'll be involved in projects, improving processes, or supporting more complex HR cases alongside experienced team members.

In short: you'll get a solid foundation in HR while gaining exposure to the broader business behind it.

Your Responsibilities

  • Support employee administration throughout the entire employee lifecycle.
  • Be a first point of contact for HR-related questions from employees and managers.
  • Assist with onboarding, internal transfers, and offboarding processes.
  • Support absence management and employee development activities.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
  • Identify opportunities to improve HR processes and employee experience.
  • Contribute to HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives.

Your team

You'll join a close-knit HR team that genuinely enjoys working together. The team combines different levels of experience, which means there is always someone to learn from, brainstorm with, or ask for advice.

You'll work closely with HR Business Partners, recruiters, managers, payroll specialists, and employees across the organization. Because the business is highly technical, you'll quickly get to know colleagues from production, engineering, logistics, and office-based teams.

The atmosphere is professional but approachable. People are willing to help, ideas are welcomed, and there's plenty of room to develop yourself. Nobody expects you to know everything when you walk through the door. We do appreciate someone who is curious, proactive, and willing to roll up their sleeves when needed.

If you're looking for a role where you can build a strong HR foundation, learn from experienced colleagues, and gradually take on more responsibility, we'd love to hear from you.

Apply directly or reach out for an informal conversation. We're happy to tell you more about the role, the team, and what a typical day actually looks like.
