Job Requirements
- 1-3 years of recruitment experience, preferably within an agency environment
- Strong command of both Dutch and English
- Experience managing multiple vacancies simultaneously
- Experience sourcing candidates through LinkedIn and other recruitment channels
- Able to independently manage the full recruitment lifecycle

You will be given the freedom to manage your own vacancies, the trust to make decisions, and the opportunity to help further professionalize recruitment within the organization.
Your Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from intake to hire
- Advise hiring managers on recruitment strategy and labour market approaches
- Proactively source candidates through LinkedIn and other channels
- Conduct interviews and assess candidate suitability
- Coordinate interviews, assessments, and job offers
- Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
- Contribute to employer branding initiatives and continuous recruitment improvements
Your team
You will join a small HR & Recruitment team within an international high-tech manufacturing organization. Communication lines are short, decisions are made quickly, and you will have direct contact with the managers you support.
You will work alongside experienced colleagues who are happy to share their knowledge, while also giving you the autonomy and ownership to manage your own recruitment portfolio. There is room to ask questions, introduce new ideas, and continue developing your skills as a recruiter.
