Bachelor working and thinking level, or an MBO+ diploma with relevant experience

At least 2 years of experience in a similar position within a technical organization

Experience with ERP systems and Salesforce

Familiarity with creating and interpreting reports and working with KPIs

Good command of the Dutch and English language

Job description
Are you ready to step into an important role as the main point of contact for our valued European customers? As an Inside Sales Employee (Front Office), you’ll combine excellent communication with a data-driven approach to strengthen customer relationships and streamline internal processes. You will play a key role in supporting the team and account managers with data-backed decisions, using analytics and KPI insights to improve outcomes.
Your main activities as Inside Sales Employee (Front Office) include:

Maintaining daily and accurate communication with customers by email and phone.

Monitoring the order flow, quotation flow, and delivery timelines.

Handling (complex) customer questions, resolving complaints, and implementing changes.

Building and expanding customer relationships to ensure long-term satisfaction.

Occasionally visiting customers with the account manager for service and support.

Generating and analyzing sales data to improve processes and performance.
In addition to these tasks, you will work closely with the Sales team, contributing to overall departmental success. Your ability to create and interpret reports will help the team optimize customer satisfaction and meet business targets.
