Job description
As a Teamlead Warehousing at HQ Pack, you will be responsible for overseeing one of our locations in Eindhoven or Nuenen, managing all logistics activities related to this department. You will directly lead up to 5 FTEs (Shift Leaders and supporting roles) and indirectly manage up to 30 FTEs (logistics employees). Reporting to the Supply Chain Manager, you will play a critical role in optimizing our processes from production to customer delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, coach, train, and develop your team, including setting up and executing development plans.
- Ensure an efficient, effective, and safe working environment that adheres to established quality standards.
- Actively promote HQ Pack’s mission, vision, and values.
- Facilitate, monitor, and enforce established standards, including quality norms, production standards, safety requirements, and KPIs.
- Initiate improvement projects to enhance our processes.
- Responsible for optimal workforce planning and handling personnel matters (recruitment, evaluations, escalations, etc.).
- Perform administrative tasks and participate in various meetings.
- Collaborate with other departments on safety, quality, disruptions, and order processing.
- Focus on Safety First, Operational Excellence, Lean, and 5S.
