Job description
As a Team Leader at HQ Precision Cleaning, you’ll play an important role in ensuring the smooth operation of our cleanroom activities. This position offers the chance to lead and inspire a team dedicated to meeting the highest cleanliness standards in the high-tech industry. You’ll be the vital link between team members and upper management, fostering a collaborative and productive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership and Coaching: Inspire and mentor team members, implement training plans, and foster a positive work environment.
- Operational Oversight: Ensure quality, safety, and production standards are met while driving continuous improvements.
- Scheduling and HR: Manage staffing schedules, recruitment, evaluations, and team issues.
- Strategic Collaboration: Work with other departments to solve production challenges and optimize workflows.
- Culture Building: Promote safety, lean practices, 5S principles, and a culture of continuous improvement.
