Job Requirements
- Experience: Proven experience in production planning, ideally within a manufacturing or cleaning environment.
- Stakeholder Management: Experience working with a variety of stakeholders, including demanding clients, and the ability to balance competing priorities.
- Organizational Skills: Strong ability to prioritize tasks and distinguish between main tasks and secondary tasks in a busy environment.
- Communication: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues, departments, and clients.
- Proactivity: Ability to take the initiative, make quick decisions, and provide strategic input when necessary.
- Dutch Proficiency: Proficiency in the Dutch language is a requirement, both spoken and written.
- Planning Software: Familiarity with planning and scheduling software (or similar tools) is an advantage.

Job description
As a Production Planner Cleaning & Engineering, you will ensure smooth operations by coordinating orders across both Industrial Cleaning and Cleanroom Cleaning departments. You will play a key role in balancing priorities and maintaining efficient operations. You’ll collaborate with multiple internal departments, including Teamleads, Shiftleads, Outbound, and Sales, and occasionally engage with customers directly.
Your Tasks:
- Coordinate Orders: Plan and assign tasks to the Industrial Cleaning and Cleanroom Cleaning departments.
- Collaborate with Teams: Work with Teamleads, Shiftleads, and other departments like Sales and Outbound to ensure tasks are completed on time.
- Prioritize Tasks: Keep track of ongoing activities and prioritize tasks based on urgency and resources.
- Monitor Capacity: Work with teams to manage and optimize departmental capacity to meet operational demands.
- Customer Communication: Communicate effectively with customers to ensure their requirements are met and manage any issues that arise.
- Problem Resolution: Address and solve scheduling or operational challenges that may arise, ensuring smooth processes.
- Reporting: Report regularly to the Operations Manager Cleaning & Engineering on progress, challenges, and capacity utilization.
