Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business Administration, or a related field
- 3–7 years of experience in production planning, supply chain coordination, or a similar role
- Proven experience translating customer demand into operational execution
- Fluent in Dutch (required) and English
- Experience working in a high-tech or OEM-driven environment is a strong plus
- Familiarity with ERP systems and planning tools

Job description
As a Demand Planner, you play a key role in translating customer demand into a feasible and reliable production flow. You ensure that the organization is prepared and aligned to meet customer expectations—both short and long term.
You are responsible for maintaining a healthy pipeline, balancing inflow and outflow, and ensuring that production capacity is aligned with demand. You work closely with planning, procurement, and internal stakeholders to drive performance and achieve targets.
You will operate in a dotted-line collaboration with the Production Planning team while taking full ownership of demand flow management.
Your tasks include:
- Translating customer demand into concrete production requirements
- Ensuring sufficient pipeline and capacity to meet customer needs
- Monitoring and managing the inflow and outflow of production demand
- Aligning closely with the Production Planning team on execution
- Coordinating with Procurement when demand increases or changes
- Driving internal alignment to meet delivery and performance targets
- Acting as the central point of responsibility for demand flow within the organization
Your team
You will be part of our supply chain department within a cross-functional environment and work closely with the Production Planning team, Procurement, and key customer stakeholders. In this role, you act as the connecting factor between customer demand and internal operations, ensuring all teams move in the same direction.
