Job description

As an Account Manager, you'll play a key role in managing your own  customer portfolio consisting of about 40 customers, both national and international. Your focus will be on ensuring smooth packaging flow and reusability while maintaining strong customer relationships.

You'll be responsible for independently negotiating and establishing price agreements, as well as crafting tailored quotations to meet the unique packaging needs of each client.

Working closely with the sales team and logistics, you'll collaborate to optimize processes and enhance efficiency throughout the supply chain. Effective communication will be essential as you interact with clients of varying levels and internal stakeholders.

Your activities as an Account Manager include:

  • Being in charge of handling the budget for your

  • customer portfolio, making sure resources are used efficiently

  • You will be the main person clients turn to for anything related to the flow of packaging, especially when it comes to returning and reusing packaging materials

  • Independently negotiating and agreeing on prices with clients to ensure fair and profitable deals for both parties

  • Creating customized quotations for clients based on their specific packaging needs, offering clear and accurate information

  • Your role involves safeguarding various aspects of the process, quickly arranging tasks, and finding ways to improve efficiency and professionalism

In summary, you'll be the go-to person for clients, managing budgets, negotiating prices, preparing quotations, and improving processes to ensure a smooth and successful packaging experience for everyone involved.
